| PJK Cup Entry Fees | $125 | Entry fee for 1 golfer, includes a ticket for the golfer to the Casino Night event |
| PJK Cup Entry Fees +1 | $160 | Entry fee for 1 golfer, includes 2 tickets to the Casino Night event (golfer +1) |
Add any amount of extra tickets if you have friends or family joining you for the Casino Night event.
